Sabine Erspamer

Change is my most important driver for growth - personally and professionally.

After 14 years in various management positions in mechanical engineering, I decided to turn my passion into my profession: the personal growth of high performers in very demanding positions. 

As managing director of an international company, I managed a company for over eight years, with primary responsibility for sales, marketing, human resources and exports, including trade financing.
As a female executive in a male-dominated industry, I bring a different perspective and fresh impetus to your corporate, team and leadership development.
In addition to leadership, languages and cultures are what inspire me the most. I have lived in four different countries and am therefore particularly familiar with leading international teams.
I was offered the wonderful opportunity to go abroad for a company and manage its business - an experience that shaped my development and skills.

Bettina Greither

I have been guiding people through change processes for over 25 years.

I started my professional career in an international software company in order to finance my law studies. Due to family circumstances, however, I then took over a medium-sized craft business in Munich, which I have been running successfully since 1996. 

In 2009, I founded another company for real estate and construction consulting, where I work as a surveyor and construction manager. During these years, I have gained a great deal of experience in the trades and the real estate industry. 

As a working mother of 3 children, I have more than enough experience in dealing with conflict situations, resource management and emotion regulation. 

I have mastered many situations as a pioneer and, above all, with strong visions. As a result, my strength and my success enable my clients to recognize and exploit their full potential.
